Bosnian (Bosanski jezik) is one of the standard variants of Serbo-Croatian.

Bosnian is mainly used by Bosniaks in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is based on the western variant of Shtokavian dialect and uses the Latin alphabet. Within Štokavian dialect, Bosnian can be classified as Yekavian, which means that Protoslavic ě has developed into (i)je.

At Du-Talk S'dam it is now also possible to follow Bosnian. It is also possible to learn Dutch from Bosnian.

The Bosnian lessons are taught by Mr. E. Begic.
